    1 of 5 Order not recieved and no customer service April 26, 2018

    On April 4th I placed an order. I did get an automated response for the order but that is it. Is has now been over 3 weeks and nothing. I have tried several times to reach out to the company to find out the status of the order and nothing. I have responded to the order email, sent a request on the Devine Medical website and called. When I call I have never been able to talk to a person and can only leave a message in a general mail box. Not a happy customer.

    Ordered my 2 items hooked knife spatulas. Only one came in the mail. Messaged support 3 days later received a response.  Saying my packing slip should of said one item was to follow. It didn’t. Here we are over a month later still no product.
