    During physical activities, special needs people will be protected from potential dangers such as hitting the floor/wall/furniture, self-abusiveness, seizures, and spasticity. The front, back, and sides of the head will be protected. The outer covering is filled with shock absorbent material while still being washable. To ensure the helmet will stay, Velcro chins traps keep the helmet on the head.
