    This cervical collar will assist with reducing the motion of the head and neck and provide support for each.
    Featuring an open design, it has a workable wire frame which allows the wearer to adjust the feeling and fit of it easily.
    The padding on the frame gives the wearer comfort and is removable and washable.
    Optional accessories include replacement covers and straps so you have one to wash and one to wear, plastic stays that provide added posterior support and occipital support with an aluminum stay that can be contoured for additional posterior support.

    We would like to return the item to you.  How do we do this.  I talked to someone last Wednesday about returning the brace to you.  He was to send instructions.

    The collar is very difficult for me to wear! I have been trying to get used to it but feel it is the wrong fit or just will not work for me! Do you have a representative in my area that could help me here or can I return it for something more bearable ? My phone # is 303-995/9665! Thank you for your attention to this matter!

    It does not fit my Mom and I am going to have to try and fix this myself and I am unsure how I will be able to do it. It is a very expensive collar that does not fit!
