    5 of 5 Trouble with Tip Stop Delivery December 18, 2017

    Ordered Tip Stop Bandages, for my husband who is on dialysis, on 10/21/17.  On 11/07/17, I received an email that the item was on back order from Baxter  & whether we wanted to cancel the order.  Since the bandages are important, they help stem bleeding for my husband after his dialysis treatment. 11/20/17 still no shipping confirmation contacted Customer Service at Devine, and Alyssa was my rep.  Alyssa understood my problem was very patient and did her best to help me.  She tracked the package through Baxter.  But because Baxter had purchased Gambro, the manufacturer of Tip Stop, their information and tracking was unreliable.  Alyssa persevered and kept on top of Baxter and their agent Medline and we received the  Tip Stops.  Alyssa is most professional, efficient and caring, Because of her, I kept my order with Devine.   She is a jewel in your corporation and deserves a promotion.  She knows how to help a customer and does so in a patient caring way.  Best regards, Hedwig Hoffman
