    4 of 5 Good price but communication could improve May 28, 2021

    The price was good on this product, and it eventually arrived in good condition, but there was very little communication after the initial e-mail that the order was received.  When I received no more information a week later, I tried to request feedback on the order number via the web site, but received no response to that either.  By the time I received another e-mail that the product had shipped, it had already arrived.
