- This electronic recorder helps keep accurate time and date records for
employees, documents, and time specific jobs.
- Always on time! Built-in battery backup ensures that the perpetual
calendar will maintain the correct time, even through daylight saving time
changes.
- The clock requires only one setting! Once it is set, the perpetual
calendar changes the month and date with auto daylight savings time
adjustments.
- Over 300 print configurations and left or right hand print. There is no
need to change time cards, job cards, or forms. Print it your way!.
- Thirteen preset messages are available to classify time: RCVD, SENT, IN,
OUT, CMFD, FILED, PAID, USED, FAXED, VOID, ORIGIN, APR'D, AND CMPL'D.
- Seven selectable month and day languages: English, German, Italian,
Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Numeric.
- Printing selections include manual, automatic, and semi-automatic.
- Password protected with user selected 4-digit numberic password. Your
program cannot be changed without your knowledge.
- Consecutive numbering (1 to 8 digits) with up to 9 repeats.
- The recorder contains an easy-to-replace snap in ribbon cartridge.
Replacement cartridges are available in Black and Red.
- Wall or desk mounting are options for convenient recorder access. Includes
mounting hardware and a template to help with drilling holes.
