    The photo on the web site shows an extended arm rest which is what I needed.  The parts I received had short arm rests and looked nothing like the photo on the site.  Customer service was brusque and asked me to show them the photo from their own web site.  I have asked for and received a RMA and voucher for returning the parts I was sent.  I won't be ordering from this company again.
