    Patterson Medical Cold Pacs

    Patterson Medical Cold Pacs are soft and pliable packs that are refreezanle and available in a variet of sizes. The pacs will remain cold for up to thirty minutes. For initial chiling of the pack, place flat in the freezer for 2 hours. Do not store anything on top of the pack. Place a hard towel in between the skin and the pack to avoid frostbite. Cold pack treatment should not exceed 30 minutes. Store in freezer when not in use.

    I am not happy with my recent purchase.
    I ordered Patterson Medical Cold Pacs and received Performa Cold Pacs.
    Customer service said they are the same product.
