    I recently purchased the LMB Spring PIP extension at the suggestion of my occupational therapist.  I have A2 & A4 pulley ruptures in my ring finger which has caused bowstringing in that digit.  This brace has been extremely helpful to straighten the finger along with much therapy and hand exercises.  I would highly recommend to anyone experiencing the same issues.  It’s a must for rehabilitation.
