Performance Health Saddle Anti-Thrust Cushion

The Saddle Anti-Thrust Cushion provides anterior build-up at midline to prevent forward ischial migration. Two layers of premium high resiliency foam provide increased comfort and decrease the probability of pressure sores. Leg adductors in conjunction with a medial thigh separator and deep leg troughs, promote proper leg alignment and reduce hip rotation and pelvic obliquity. The waterfall front reduces pressure behind the knees and thighs. A round large radius bottom provides a versatile surface for sling or flat seated wheelchairs and the coccyx relief cutout unloads bony prominences. The Removable Solace cover is fluid-proof and provides a multi-directional stretch and helps protect against shear force. The QuadraGel pack has four compartments to prevent gel migration, and to provide optimal distribution of body weight.
