    I've called customer support they said they will not send out the right product until the wrong product comes back. I'm still waiting for the shipping label they're supposed to send me that was 10 days ago. The $9 product that they sent me doesn't even I'm close to the $50 product that I bought. They should have just reshaped my splint and sent me a shipping label .insted it seems like they're holding my money hostage
