This Air Stirrup designed by DeRoyal features a low profile build that fits easily into everyday shoes, features outside heel straps for a individualized fit, and swivel straps that allow an even compression when in use. This stirrup features a rigid medial and lateral shell that minimize ankle rotation and inversion/eversion. The air bladder allows for simple adjustment of air with inflation bulb to allow for the right amount of compression. Additional instruction provided below.
