    FREEDOM Posted XPE Orthotics These prefabricated insoles are a real time saver for controlling excessive pronation. The 3° or 5° medial wedge is built into a cork base and the insoles feature a top layer of molded foam that provides support and stability to the arch and heel. These orthotics can go right from the box into your patient’s shoes, or add top covers for full-length, finished orthotics in just minutes. If further correction is required, simply glue or grind the insoles to meet your exact requirements. Sold in pairs

    New Posted XPE Insoles are constructed of high density AliPlast that imparts firm control to the foot and will not compress with use. Insole Weight capacity: approximately 300 lbs.
