    4 of 5 Boot is what we needed but service was awful! July 12, 2017

    The occupational therapist recommended this boot and when it finally arrived 2 months later it is working well.
    I had some medical problems so it was about a month before I followed up on the order.  They told me it was on back order which had never been noted when ordered.  They said they would send a different color, a week past and "it was delivered to the wrong address".  Said they send it overnight with free shipping - another week went by...Even thought promised, they never provided shipping or tracking information, phone calls were not returned.  Don't buy from here unless you have lots of time!!
