Having full ventilation, without compromising head coverage, is important for the comfort of the person wearing the headgear. A strong polyethylene shell covers a shock absorbent foam liner. Overall average weight of this headgear is only 17 ounces. The Deluxe Hard Shell Helmet has a chin strap and a 3 snap on/off visor.
