    Product received was great but poor service I needed to exchange it for a different size and that’s where I got problems. They said I needed to pay to exchange the product which I received less than 7days and was unused. Because of the return fee it didn’t make sense sending it back they wanted me to keep it and order a new one I ended up just keeping the wrong size product

    I NEVER received my package. Initially I was asked if I wanted a refund or to re-send. I asked to re-send. I’m busy with work didn’t realize I never got a call back. I called for a status. I was told they never had any recollection of me calling the first time! They said they would call me back regarding a status. That never happened! I had to call them weeks later only to be disappointed. I was told I wouldn’t  be getting a refund because according to FedEx my package was delivered. I never heard of a company not giving a refund for a package that was never delivered. Perhaps my package was stolen from my front door or FedEx may have inadvertently delivered it to the wrong address. Whatever happened, I still never received my package and I’m disheartened that they’ve taken my money knowing that I never received my package. I’ve told colleagues never to buy from them. They do not listen to your complaints nor try to accommodate you. The last time I use Devine Medical.
