    The extender does the job but getting it was an ordeal. It did not ship on time, I called after three weeks and was told it would come much later than anticipated. We needed urgently so I asked to cancel the order. Shortly after I got a call to let me know that the piece had been shipped. Meanwhile I had made alternative arrangements and now I am stuck with stuff I do not need.  Accuracy in the shipping information would have spared stress and money.
