    I was very disappointed to receive this product.  When it arrived it was not the OR only smooth and cool skin CREAM that I ordered.  I received the lotion instead of cream, a totally different product which I have had before and do not want.  Also when the case of lotion arrived at least 3 of the bottles of lotion had the pump up and had leaked in the box and over the other bottles in the box.
    I tried to call your company at different times but never got a response, the voicemail did not leave an option to leave a message.  I also left 3 email messages on your contact site online and have not received a response.  I would like to get a shipping label from you to return this incorrect product and have you credit my account for the money I spent.  I would prefer the original product I ordered but will accept a refund instead if you can’t provide the original product I ordered.  Please respond to this review.
