Posey Horseshoe Wedges, Universal - 1 Each

RECOMMENDED USE: Patients at risk for bed entrapment and/or injury; Patients prone to unassisted bed exit.

Helps protect patients from entrapment between the mattress and the headboard and/or footboard, and between the mattress and the ends of side rails.
Horseshoe Wedges help to create a complete protective barrier around the perimeter of the bed for patients at risk to injure or entangle themselves in the side rails.
Posey manufactures these wedges with sewn-in zippers so they can zip together with other Posey Rail Covers. In addition to padding hard headboards, footboards and side rails, these wedges also fill dangerous gaps between these areas and the bed mattress.
